Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 4 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 4 hours from the time you placed the order. No cancellation is possible once the products have been shipped.
Cancellation Fees: 3% of the total transaction value will be deducted towards payment gateway charges.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision by sending an email to attisauthentic@gmail.com with your order details.
We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original order, and you will not incur any additional fees for such reimbursement.
Refund Policy
Your refund will be processed within 7 working days from the time we initiate the refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to the same account or card used to make the purchase.
