Shipment Time
All domestic orders within India are delivered within 3–7 business days.
International orders are delivered within 4–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs process.
Please note:
- Sweets, snacks, and special food items require 1–2 days of preparation time before dispatch.
- Pickles, powders, dry fruits, and gourmet groceries are usually in stock and are dispatched on the same day.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification with tracking details. We use trusted courier partners based on your delivery location to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Damages
We take utmost care in packaging your orders securely. However, in rare cases where damage occurs during transit, please report it immediately upon receipt.
- If you have opted for shipping insurance at checkout, you may claim compensation for the insured amount as per courier terms.
- Attis Authentic is not liable for damages caused during shipment once the product leaves our facility.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not assume responsibility for any delays or charges arising from customs processes.
